We respect choice. We will accepted you will choose whatever you want to wear, do, eat, drink, say, sing, smile, sleep; not to mention anything else you wish. Any risks will be assessed, as we want you to receive the least restrictive care possible. Our staff understand capacity is task oriented and we will always assist you to make choices based on your best interests. We will assist and encourage you to maintain your dignity and own self importance at all times, in everything you do. You will be treated and spoken to with respect. Your voice will be listened to. We will encouraged you, and promote you to remain as independent as possible, in any tasks - whether that be dressing, eating, mobilising or speaking.
